Artwork Sales
Original Works & Prints

Pricing & Payment

Payment must be completed before artwork is shipped or collected.
Shipping & Collection

The artist is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Risk transfers to the buyer once the artwork has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original artwork, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Workshop Bookings (Painting & Natural Paint-Making)
Booking & Payment

Workshop places are confirmed only once full payment is received.

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations by Participant

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop may receive a refund or credit.

Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations by the Artist

The artist reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
Health, Safety & Participation

Workshops may involve natural pigments, raw materials, and basic tools.

Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for following safety instructions.

The artist is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or loss of personal property during workshops.
Participants should inform the artist in advance of any relevant allergies or health concerns.
